About Us

Campfire Leadership was founded by Eric Smith. He is passionate about developing leaders and has spent his career working with students in camp ministry and higher education. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership to gain a deeper understanding of how to develop leaders in camp settings. Campfire Leadership was born from a desire to raise up the next generation of Christ-like leaders — for camp and the Kingdom.
